Lisa Jones-Butz (443-621-4679)
She has held positions at respected salons such as Colours in Timonium, Grapevine in Canton and the Bella Salon in Baltimore, a Baltimore Magazine awardee of the "most Cutting Edge Salon" and one of the "Top 20" salons in Baltimore.
Known for her bold color techniques and up-to-the-minute trends, Lisa further refined her craft by becoming an educator and guest artist for the Wella Corporation, where she motivated and trained stylists during "in salon" classes and seminars. She also assisted accomplished hairdressers from around the country at national shows, both on and off stage.
Lisa has been a co-host of a monthly makeover segment on Fox 45 TV in Baltimore and currently writes a beauty and style column for Harford's Heart magazine.
Most recently, Lisa has opened a new artistic space in the center of Abingdon called Subtle Rebellion, as Salon + Gallery where her clients can relax, take in some fantastic art and have their hair turned into a masterpiece.
Julie Truong Roman (443-858-3664)
Julie is one of Harford County's best stylists with over 15 years of behind the chair experience and loves to make each and every person look and feel their best! Having the ability to transform trends to fit everyday clients, she has been a featured make-over stylist in Harford's Heart Magazine.
Her personal philosophy is when your hair looks it's best, you feel your best! As an artist, she specializes in multi-dimensional perms, foils & precision cutting for men & women. Julie continues her education and is always attending workshops and classes to keep up with the latest styles. She has fine-tuned her razor cuts after attending cutting classes with the artisitic team from UNITE and with Nick Arrojo and his team from NYC.

Megan Little has been in the industry since 2006. Megan has dedicated herself and continued her education in Los Angeles, New York City, and Baltimore. To Megan, trends and styles are always changing: this motivates her to extend her education and be the best stylist she can be. Megan I specializes in edgy cuts, multi-dimensional hair color, hair extensions, and formal styles. Megan takes pride in enhancing my client's look and making them feel better about themselves.
Raphael Rocca (410-409-5564)
A True Artist! With over 16 years of experience in the professional beauty industry, he has been a platform artist, a stylists' educator and colorist for major hair color and hair care companies such as Loreal, and Rusk International since the inception of his career in 1996. He has attended the New York Fashion Week at the request of industry insiders and has also been featured several times in Harford's Heart Magazine 'Style File'. Raphael is committed to constantly refining his craft as a hairdresser by attending several seminars yearly. He believes in order to achieve the total look everything must be taken into consideration such as eye color, skin tone, face shape and the client's lifestyle.
